1. Who we are

ViaJobRadar ("we", "our", "us") is a job search automation service. We help candidates find and apply for jobs automatically. Our website is viajobradar.com.

2. Information we collect

When you use ViaJobRadar, we collect:

  • Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth).
  • Profile information: job preferences, skills, years of experience, desired salary, work arrangement preferences, and location.
  • CV / résumé: the file you upload and structured data we extract from it using AI.
  • Application data: records of jobs found and applications submitted on your behalf.
  • Payment information: payment records (amount, status). We do not store raw card details — those are handled by our payment processor.
  • Usage data: standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Search for jobs that match your preferences.
  • Evaluate job matches using AI and submit applications on your behalf.
  • Notify you of interview opportunities.
  • Process payments for unlocking interview details.
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmation, application updates, interview notifications).
  • Improve the service.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. AI processing

We use the Google Gemini API to parse your CV and score job matches. Your CV text and profile data are sent to Google's API for processing. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data.

5. Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database and file storage). CV files are stored in a private storage bucket — only you and ViaJobRadar staff can access them.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@viajobradar.com.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Object to processing of your data.
  • Data portability.

8. Cookies

We use cookies only for authentication (session management). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
