1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using ViaJobRadar, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

ViaJobRadar is an automated job search and application service. We search job boards on your behalf, evaluate job matches using AI, submit applications, and notify you when an employer expresses interest in an interview.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally entitled to work in the jurisdictions you are applying for jobs in. By using ViaJobRadar, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide — including your CV, profile, skills, and experience — is accurate and truthful. ViaJobRadar uses this information to generate job applications on your behalf. Submitting false or misleading information to employers is solely your responsibility.

5. Payment and fees

ViaJobRadar charges a one-time fee of $15 USD to unlock the details of an interview opportunity.

  • The $15 fee unlocks information about an interview opportunity already generated by ViaJobRadar. It does not guarantee employment, a job offer, or that the interview will take place.
  • Payment is non-refundable once interview details have been unlocked and revealed.
  • There are no subscription fees or recurring charges. You only pay when you choose to unlock an interview opportunity.

6. No guarantee of employment

ViaJobRadar does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, or any particular outcome from using the service. We provide tools to automate the job search and application process, but hiring decisions are entirely at the discretion of employers.

7. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • Provide false information about your qualifications or experience.
  • Use the service to apply for jobs you are not legally eligible for.
  • Attempt to circumvent or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViaJobRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, income, or data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we believe your use of the service is harmful or fraudulent. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
